The Curious Case of the Missing Duck

Pato was no where to be found during yesterdays game against Cagliari. He was probably still in bed enjoying the fact that he didn’t have to witness the horror that was the team today, I might be exaggerating a little but that’s not the point. If you want more detail on the game go to the Milan blog. No explanation was given as to why he wasn’t even called up, but knowing that Milan will face Werder Bremen again in a few days one can only assume that this was the cause.

Being that he didn’t play I don’t have an assessment of him. So I’ll use this time to post a very cute video sent to me by commenter Avia, thank you Avia for this great find. Avia sent me a video of a kids show that he was watching, while babysitting his two nephews , titled Pocoyo. I hope you don’t mind Avia but I’ll let the email explain where I’m going with this.

I was baby sitting my two little nephews recently and was watching a kids show with them called Pocoyo.

I dont know if you’ve heard of it but it has a character called Pato (and guess what?) HE’S A DUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Its so funny becasue my nephews are both adamant that the character has been named after our own little ducky!

They laugh everytime Pato is mentioned!

I understand fully why they would think he’s named after our Pato. If you have don’t have a very long attention span or you don’t want to sit through a 7 minute video, take a look at the skills he has with a ball at 00:45 seconds and then again at 5:35.

Our Pato is so cool he even has a character in a kids show named after him .
